Do u think the Night World books by LJ Smith are good?

i wanna hear your opinion on the story and the characters and just whether you like it or not and i wanna hear the negative and positives about the story. im reading it. not done reading it tho

Not sleeping well at all?

I'm 34 weeks pregnant and for the past few days have slept perfectly fine till last night. I tossed and turned all night, and kept waking up throughout the night. My body pillow didn't even help. This morning I woke up with my back and stomach aching and I have a headache. Is this normal to happen all of a sudden?

Why do I always become so sentimental at night?

That sometimes happens to me too. During the day, you don't have the time of mind to really think about how lonely you are, about your life. And at night, just before you fall asleep, you have time to really reflect on your day and think about what happened. You pick out the little details that bother you, and then that's when you wish it could be mended. I know it sounds childish, but getting a big stuffed animal might help :) At least you'd have somebody to hug. If you have a boyfriend, you could always ask him to come over and comfort you. You could also start a journal. It helps to write down what's really bothering you. Hope I helped :)

Looking To Expand My Music Taste?

I love my boyfriend and he's really into his heavy metal music, and I'd really like to be able to get into the music he likes as I really enjoy going to gigs with him. I'm mainly into indie, pop-punk and punk myself, and am a big fan of British sounding voices, I really like the Arctic Monkeys, Foo Fighters, Biffy Clyro, old Linkin Park, The Libertines, Enter Shikari, Muse, The King Blues etc. - I'm also a HUGE fan of Green Day, though mainly their older stuff/ My boyfriend has really got me into a lot of the punky sounding stuff, such as Alexisonfire, Ramones, Gallows and the Sex Pistols. I also like bands such as MCR, Nirvana, Bloc Party, The Clash, The Strokes, Razorlight, Rage Against the Machine, Papa Roach, blink-182, The White Stripes, Paramore, Bring Me the Horizon, The Futureheads and We Are the Ocean. I do like a lot of my boyfriend's music though, I've got into System of a Down, Slipknot and Iron Maiden. I would like suggestions on some kind of 'British sounding metal though, but nothing like Judas Priest, I don't like the guys voice.

Name for my supernatural series?

I am writing a novel series about light and dark elves. It's an urban fantasy series, meaning it takes place in a real world. If you like LJ Smith, then these are the books for you. The heroin is certainly no Mary-Sue, her love interest is chalked full of dark humour and devilish good looks, and the supporting characters complete this puzzle of misfits. There's passion, whit, and action. The only problem is, I can't figure out what to call the series. Can some one help me out? If I chose your name, I'll give you a shout out in my Author's Note.

Does anyone use Live Journal anymore....?

I was looking at the site today, and I noticed most all of the profiles haven't been updated or touched in years. What's LJ gonna do with all these abandoned profiles just sitting there collecting dust?

How do you cut off Word-Press posts so that only a part of it shows up when looking at your overall blog?

So I have a blog on WordPress but the thing is that my posts tend to be fairly long. Is there a bit of code I can put in so that maybe only a paragraph shows up before a link that says "Read the full post" or equivilant? I used to do this for LJ back in the day but I have no clue with WordPress.
