I'm ageing really fast ?

I'm 13 and have smoked regularly since age 10 but it seems to take affect I'm getting wrinkles on my face around my mouth and I've got dark circles on both my eyes to the point where people say "omg you have 2 black eyes". I also have really rough skin on my face and it feels like the back of my fingers. I'm also out a lot in the sun which is making it worse. I'm also getting grey hairs on my sides and at the sides of my fringe and my hair is falling out seriously I get like 100 hairs on my pillow in the morning. I literally look like a midget 50 year old please why do you think this is happening and what can I do to slow it down because people are noticing. I'm a 13 year old boy btw
