My pitbull is Prego and I need help?

My dog is Prego and she has milk but it only comes out when I'm cleaning or pinch her nipples. If she got Prego late Jan early feb when should she be ready to pop. Her temp was 99.5 and it went back uP to 100.2 she has been digging but not Alot, she lays on her side and lays under my sons crib where she dragged her bed to. She gallows me around and when she falls asleep and when she wake up and im not there she looks for me and lays next to me when she fins me.
