Persistent sleep talking / night terrors?

like clock work, every night i talk in my sleep, apparently i do it for hours if im not snapped out of it. I have night terrors (usually bugs or some creepy crawly's in my bed) about 2 times a week. Then on occasion i sleep walk, like once a month, and just end up waking up on the couch or all my pillows are thrown across the room, that kind of thing. Im wondering if there is any possible way to prevent this? i changed to a normal sleep routine of 8 hours a night about 2 months ago and that did nothing. So wondering if there is anything else that might do the trick.
