Is it possible to finish my last quests in Dragon Age 2?

I was just finishing up the final side quests in Act 3 but without realizing it I nearly-completed the Justice quest which was a primary and all of the endings to my other quests end up in the Gallows w/ the Justice one as well and now when I go to the Gallows it immediately goes to the scene where Orsino and Meredith are fighting and so am I just screwed and unable to "finish" those final side quests without going straight to the end of the game? I'm so mad...hahaha
