How do I incorporate these colors into my room?

Hey I'm going to be redecorating my room but I don't have a solid theme. My walls are a cream color with a black floor boarder. I love bright neon colors and some animal print. Im getting a new bed that is low to the ground and full sized and I am not sure what kind or bread spread i would get. I do make my bed everyday so the decorating is important. Im thinking of making some round pillows that have white or black fur/fuzz on the front and neon color fabric on the back. I guess my real question is how do I incorporate my love for bright colors into my room? I personally don't think that cream walls go with neon colors. What are some ideas?
