Should i play football, and then swim to get in shape for track junior year?
i want to do that or weight lift in the fall and build a base, then join a travel track team for the winter, by senior year i wanna go like 10.7 or 10.8 in 100m and LJ like 21 or 22 to maybe get a scholarship for track, right now im a sophomore and i easily run 12s without blocks or a drive phase, and my 30m time wioth blocks is very low 4s so i think with blocks and more training i can run under 11.4 at a full sprint with good technique. my best LJ right now is 18 without fully tuned anyting(technique/speed), what do you guys think, ps im not trying to brag i dont think im amazing i just wanna get better and go somewhere with track
