Anyone else having trouble this afternoon accessing lj?

I logged into livejournal, I could only see certain parts of it,I saw I had 2 new messages,and an empty page to write on,but if I tried to do anything,to see any questions or write,when you hit submit,it took me to this place that said it might be down or empty response. I was on all my browsers. So it can't be my browsers,maybe it is down for some maintenance. Anyone know?
