I got shampoo in my phone?

I packed a bag and I stupidly packed my phone and my shampoo in the same bag. The shampoo cap broke and shampoo got all over my phone. It's underneath the screen and everything, it's pretty bad. I put it in dry rice. It's Verizon, I don't have insurance and I'm not due for an update. Is there any way I can fix it? It's an LJ cosmos.
