HI Im a high school athlete who plays varsity basketball (captain) and runs/jumps track and field. Im pretty competitive in both sports. My height is exactly 6ft and I play Small Forward for basketball and I compete in 100m, 200m, 400m, Long Jump, High Jump (my priority is LJ tho). Looking at the sports and events I do, how much should I weigh? and maybe my body fat %?
