Why Do So Many Readers Accept Poor Grammar, Plot Holes, Breaking Canon, From S. Meyer But Not Other Authors?

Because Twilight is literary crack. It's not about quality but quantity. The readers don't give a darn because all the vapid Twihards care about is wondering how blissfully their lives will end up as Bella. The other books are directed at an audience that wants quality writing; Twilight is for morons.
