How do you tell a three year old that her mom and older sister are pregnant?

I'm writing a story in which a 3 year old girl named LJ is told that her mother and older sister are both pregnant. (the older sister is in her early twenties) I'm not a mom--and don't plan on motherhood for a long time yet--so I need a mom's help on this one. Thanks! :D
